nThe Nivaas is a growing hospitality brand offering premium villas, farmhouses, and private event venues for leisure stays, family gatherings, celebrations, weddings, corporate events, and other special occasions.

n

nWe are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive who can drive bookings and revenue across our villa, farmhouse, and wedding/event business.

n

nKey Responsibilities

n

n Generate and convert leads for villa and farmhouse bookings.

nHandle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels.

n Understand customer requirements, budget, guest count, dates, and event requirements.

nCoordinate property visits/site visits and convert enquiries into bookings.

n Sell wedding, pre-wedding, engagement, birthday, corporate and private event packages.

nFollow up consistently with leads and maintain a proper sales pipeline.

n Coordinate with the operations and property teams to ensure smooth booking handovers.

nBuild relationships with wedding planners, event planners, travel agents, corporates, and other potential referral partners.

n Meet monthly sales and revenue targets.

nMaintain regular reports of enquiries, follow-ups, conversions,



and pending leads.

n Identify new opportunities to increase occupancy and event bookings.

nCandidate Requirements

n

nMinimum 1 year of sales experience is compulsory.

n Internship experience will not be counted as professional experience.

nHospitality, real estate, travel, events, wedding, hotel, or related sales experience will be preferred.

n Robust communication and negotiation skills.

nGood Hindi and English communication.

n Comfortable handling customers over phone and WhatsApp.

nTarget-oriented and confident in closing sales.

n Presentable, proactive, and willing to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

nKnowledge of Jaipur’s wedding and hospitality market will be an advantage.

n₹2 – ₹3 LPA + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives

nThe candidate will have an opportunity to earn additional incentives based on bookings, revenue generated, and sales performance.
