About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Executive who can sell premium courses in the ₹80,000–₹1,00,000 price range .

The ideal candidate should be confident in speaking with leads, understanding their requirements, building trust, handling objections, and converting serious prospects into paid students.

This role is ideal for someone who has experience in high-ticket sales, education sales, counselling, inside sales, or consultative selling .

Key Responsibilities

- Handle warm and qualified leads generated through digital marketing, webinars, seminars, and enquiries.
- Speak with prospects over phone calls and WhatsApp to understand their goals and requirements.
- Counsel prospects about the right course, learning outcomes, career opportunities, and program benefits.
- Sell premium courses priced around ₹80,000–₹1,00,000 .
- Build robust relationships with prospects and create confidence before closing the sale.
- Handle objections related to fees, trust, timing, family approval, course value, and career outcomes .
- Follow up consistently with interested leads until they make a clear decision.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets .
- Coordinate with the counselling, operations, and management teams to ensure a smooth student onboarding process.
- Identify serious prospects and maintain a strong follow-up pipeline.
- Continuously improve conversion rates through better communication, objection handling, and closing techniques.

What We Are Looking For
- 1–3 years of sales experience , preferably in high-ticket sales.
- Experience selling products/services worth ₹50,000+ will be highly preferred.
- Robust communication and convincing skills.
- Excellent objection-handling and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over phone calls.
- Target-oriented and highly motivated by incentives.
- Ability to understand customer needs rather than simply pitch a product.
- Strong follow-up discipline.
- Ability to close sales independently.
- Experience in education sales, coaching, counselling, luxury products, financial services, real estate, or other high-value services will be an advantage.

Compensation Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000/month

+ Performance-Based Incentives The earning potential is directly linked to sales performance. High performers can earn significantly more through incentives.
