What you'll do

- Own the corporate gifting sales pipeline for Bengaluru: prospect, pitch, negotiate and close

- Sell into three distinct buyer groups, HR and People Ops (employee gifting), Marketing and Sales (client and channel gifting), and Procurement (bulk and recurring supply)

- Build and maintain a target account list; run structured outreach through cold calls, LinkedIn, email and in-person meetings

- Manage the sample and quotation cycle: understand the client's budget per head, propose the right product tier, get branded samples produced and delivered quick

- Coordinate with our branding and customization vendors on printing and custom packaging so client mock-ups go out within days

- Work our existing hotel relationships as a warm lead source.

- Get us empaneled as an approved vendor with large corporates and GCCs, and manage the documentation that process demands

- Delivery follow-through and maintain accurate pipeline records along with reports weekly on stage movement and forecast

What we're looking for

Essential

- 23 years in B2B, institutional,



corporate or channel sales in corporate gifting, promotional products, printing, hospitality supplies, HR services, FMCG channel sales or event management
- A demonstrable record of hitting targets, with numbers you can talk through

- Comfort with cold outreach and getting past a gatekeeper to reach a decision maker

- Strong spoken and written English; conversational Hindi and Kannada are a real advantage in this market

- Working knowledge of Excel and comfort maintaining a CRM or pipeline tracker

- Willingness to travel across Bengaluru for client meetings

Valued, not required

- An existing network among HR, admin or procurement heads in Bengaluru companies

- Experience selling a seasonal product where deadlines are immovable

- Familiarity with GeM or corporate vendor empanelment processes

- Exposure to employee rewards platforms such as Xoxoday, Vantage Circle or Advantage Club
