Sales Executive – CRM

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to manage customer relationships, generate leads, follow up with prospects, and drive sales through effective CRM management.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and other channels.
- Contact potential customers and understand their requirements.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM system.
- Update lead status, follow-ups, sales activities, and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales and CRM reports.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for lead management and customer requirements.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.




- Handle customer queries and provide timely solutions.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, telecalling, or CRM management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using CRM software and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and tasks efficiently.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools is an advantage.
