About the Role

We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic Sales Executives to join our villa project sales team. This role is ideal for freshers who are interested in building a career in real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through calls, digital enquiries, references, and field activities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable villa options.
- Explain project features, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and location advantages.
- Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and site-visit targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to convert enquiries into bookings.




- Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer information.

Candidate Profile

- Freshers are welcome – prior real estate experience is not mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong interest in sales and customer interaction.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Candidates with real estate sales experience will also be considered.
