About the Role

Concur Designs Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Pune.

The role involves handling incoming enquiries and leads, understanding client requirements, following up with prospects and converting qualified leads into successful consultations and projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a professional approach towards clients and the ability to build relationships and drive the sales process from enquiry to closure.

Experience in architecture, interior design, real estate, luxury products or related industries will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and follow up with incoming sales enquiries and leads.
- Contact prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Understand client requirements, budget, timelines and project expectations.
- Qualify leads and identify genuine project opportunities.
- Schedule client consultations and meetings.
- Coordinate with the architecture and interior design team for client requirements.
- Maintain regular follow-ups throughout the sales cycle.
- Assist in converting qualified leads into consultations and projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and conversions.




- Coordinate site visits and client meetings when required.
- Prepare basic sales updates and reports for management.
- Achieve assigned sales and lead-conversion targets.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development or client handling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and qualified personality.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and communicate them effectively.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable making regular client calls and handling enquiries.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with a team.
