? Eligibility

– Candidates with: B.Sc. Agriculture, M.Sc. Agriculture or MBA (Agribusiness)

– Relevant internship or academic exposure in sales, marketing, agriculture, agrochemicals, or business development will be an added advantage.

? Key Responsibilities

‣ Coordinate with the sales team and B2B customers for daily sales activities.

‣ Manage order processing, tracking, invoicing and dispatch coordination.

‣ Coordinate with Logistics, Accounts, Production and Marketing teams.

‣ Maintain sales orders,



customer details and dispatch records.

‣ Communicate with customers regarding orders, product availability and deliveries.

‣ Handle customer queries and coordinate for timely resolution.

‣ Follow up with customers and sales teams for smooth business operations.

‣ Follow up on outstanding payments and collections.

‣ Maintain updated collection and outstanding payment records.

? Candidate Profile

➼ 1 to 2 years of relevant experience

➼ Knowledge of sales, marketing or business development

➼ Agriculture/agrochemical industry exposure is an advantage

➼ Positive communication and customer-handling skills

➼ Ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams

➼ Good follow-up and record-management skills
