? Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the sales team and B2B customers for daily sales activities.

- Manage order processing, tracking, invoicing and dispatch coordination.

‣
- Coordinate with Logistics, Accounts, Production and Marketing teams.

‣
- Maintain sales orders,



customer details and dispatch records.

‣
- Communicate with customers regarding orders, product availability and deliveries.

‣
- Handle customer queries and coordinate for timely resolution.

‣
- Follow up with customers and sales teams for smooth business operations.

‣
- Follow up on outstanding payments and collections.

‣
- Maintain updated collection and outstanding payment records.

- Candidate Profile

➼ 1 to 2 years of relevant experience

- Knowledge of sales, marketing or business development

- Agriculture/agrochemical industry exposure is an advantage

- Good communication and customer-handling skills
