Mechanical Sales Engineer

Qualification

- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Technical Sales / B2B Sales, preferably in engineering software, manufacturing, or industrial products.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation: Identify and develop new prospects through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, references, and market research.
- Territory Mapping: Identify target industries, companies, and potential accounts within the assigned territory and develop a systematic prospecting plan.
- Customer Engagement: Understand customer requirements, engineering processes, pain points, and business challenges.
- Product Demonstration: Conduct effective product/software demonstrations and presentations aligned with customer requirements.
- Proposal Submission: Prepare and submit commercial/technical proposals and quotations.
- Negotiation: Handle commercial discussions, objections,



pricing negotiations, and coordinate internally for approvals.
- Sales Closure: Drive opportunities through the complete sales cycle and achieve assigned revenue and license targets.
- Follow-up & Pipeline Management: Maintain regular follow-ups, update CRM/DCR, and ensure healthy sales pipeline coverage.
- Relationship Management: Develop long-term relationships with customers, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month
