NIDADS is looking for a talented, confident and target-oriented Sales & Education Counsellor who can connect with students and working professionals, understand their career goals, recommend the right learning path, and convert qualified leads into admissions.

This is not a basic telecalling role. We are looking for someone who can combine career counselling, consultative sales and relationship building to help students make the right career decisions.

What You'll Do

- Connect with students and working professionals through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Understand their education, career goals, interests and requirements.
- Explain NIDADS programs in Data Science, Data Analytics and related technology domains.
- Conduct counselling sessions and help prospects understand suitable career paths.
- Handle enquiries, follow-ups and admission discussions.
- Build trust with students and parents through clear and professional communication.
- Handle objections related to fees, career opportunities, course duration, competition and other concerns.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up information in CRM.
- Coordinate with the academic/training team whenever required.
- Follow up with prospects until the final decision and admission process is completed.

- Comfortable handling objections and closing conversations.
- Proactive, energetic and willing to learn.
- Able to work in a target-driven environment.

Experience Candidates with experience in education counselling, EdTech, training institutes, inside sales, admissions, career counselling or B2C sales will be preferred.

Freshers with exceptional communication and sales ability may also be considered.

Compensation Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives

There is No Bar on Salary for the right candidate. Compensation will be decided based on experience, communication skills, sales ability and previous performance.

Candidates with a proven track record of achieving sales/admission targets are encouraged to apply.
