Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates (1-5 year)

Education: Any Graduate (Life Science / Pharmacy graduates preferred)

Language: Fluency in at least one South Indian language is MANDATORY (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam)

Industry: EdTech / Education / Inside Sales

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students through calls, leads, and other sales channels to generate business opportunities.
- Understand students' career goals and counsel them on suitable training programs.
- Explain course benefits, curriculum, and career opportunities to prospective learners.




- Convert qualified leads into enrollments through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective students and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Achieve monthly sales targets, enrollment goals, and performance KPIs.
- Maintain accurate lead details, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM system.

Who Can Apply? Freshers with solid communication skills and an interest in sales are welcome.

Candidates with experience in EdTech sales, inside sales, educational counselling, telesales, or business development are encouraged to apply.

Must be fluent in at least one South Indian language.

Should have good convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Must be target-oriented, enthusiastic, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
