nRole Description

nThis is a multi-functional role for someone who’s positive with people, organized with leads, and can assist the CEO in client communication and operational tasks.

nKey Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound leads (Instagram, WhatsApp, Google)
n
- Prepare and send quotations using templates
n
- Maintain follow-up sheet and update status
n
- Maintain CRM or daily inquiry sheets
n
- Assist CEO with task tracking and WhatsApp reporting collection
n
- Help with client invoice tracking and payment reminders
n
- Occasionally assist with content ideas or replies
n

nSkills Required:

n
- Very organized and proactive
n
- MS Office / Excel / Google Sheets + WhatsApp business usage
n
- Fluent in English
n
- Should love client interaction
n

nSalary: ₹15,000–₹30,000 per month (depending on experience)
