The Sales Counselor/ Sales Manager/ Business Development Manager/ Center Manager is responsible for interacting with prospective and existing patients, understanding their wellness, skin, hair, slimming, aesthetics and related healthcare requirements, explaining appropriate services and treatment packages, and converting qualified enquiries into appointments and package bookings. The role requires a combination of patient counselling, consultative selling, relationship management and revenue generation , while ensuring that all treatment information, pricing and commitments communicated to patients are accurate and consistent with approved Company policies.
The Sales
Counselor will work closely with Doctors, Therapists, Branch Managers, Operations, Digital Marketing and Call Center teams to ensure a smooth patient journey from enquiry to consultation, package booking, treatment commencement and follow-up.
