Job Summary We are looking for a Sales Engineer / Sales Coordinator with experience in the wire & cable industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating orders, following up with customers, and supporting the sales team from enquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries, quotations and order processing for wires and cables.
- Understand customer requirements, technical specifications and cable applications.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Quality, Purchase and Dispatch departments.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proforma invoices, purchase orders and order confirmations.
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers and develop current business opportunities.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, delivery schedules and dispatches.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely completion of customer orders.
- Provide customers with technical and commercial information about cable products.
- Maintain sales records, customer databases and enquiry/order status.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and MIS.




- Handle customer complaints and coordinate internally for timely resolution.
- Support the sales team in lead generation, customer visits and business development.
- Track market requirements, competitor activities and customer feedback.
- Ensure proper documentation from enquiry to order execution and delivery.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of wire & cable products and their applications.
- Understanding of LT/HT cables, control cables, instrumentation cables, flexible cables, power cables, etc.
- Good knowledge of technical specifications, cable sizes and basic electrical terminology.
- Strong customer coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Email.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and manage multiple orders.
- Good commercial and analytical understanding.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with experience in Cable Manufacturing, Wire & Cable Trading, Electrical Products, EPC, Electrical Panels or Industrial Sales will be preferred.
