We are looking for a dedicated and proactive candidate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our dealers and clients, conducting regular phone follow-ups for orders, and managing our order database efficiently using Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dealer &
- Client Relationship Management:
- Make daily outbound calls to dealers and clients to build, maintain, and strengthen business relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for dealers and clients regarding order status, product availability, and inquiries.
- Address and resolve dealer and client issues or concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
- Order Tracking &
- Follow-up:
- Follow up regularly with clients and dealers on pending orders, quotes, and payment statuses.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Warehouse, Logistics/Dispatch, and Sales teams) to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Data Management &
- Reporting:
- Maintain and update a comprehensive order database in MS Excel.
- Accurately enter new orders, update delivery/dispatch details, and track pending status.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly order status reports for management review.
- Gather feedback from dealers and clients to share insights with senior leadership.
