Roles & Responsibilities

- Provide consultation to potential clients interested in immigration, including establishing suitability of the candidates visa. Consultation will be mainly by face-to-face meetings, telephone and email.
- Provide immigration related services to the current and potential clients.
- Responding to walks-ins , incoming emails and phone queries.
- Achieve monthly sales target.
- Monthly and weekly sales achievement and follow-ups ,Day to day trainings on new and updated immigration laws and requirements.
- ­Generate leads through various channels (walk-ins, telecalls, social media, referrals, etc.) and follow up promptly
- Convert leads into clients by providing accurate information and highlighting service benefits
- Maintain client records using CRM systems and ensure all documentation is updated and accurate
- Coordinate with documentation and processing teams to ensure smooth flow of the application process
- Stay updated with immigration laws, policy changes, and updates from different embassies/consulates
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance metrics to the manager
- Address client concerns and queries promptly and professionally, building trust and long-term relationships
- Participate in marketing activities, events,



and seminars to promote services and generate awareness
- Follow ethical practices and maintain compliance with company policies and legal guidelines

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Business, Marketing or related field)
- 1-3 years of experience in immigration consulting/ sales roles
- Strong knowledge of immigration processes, especially for countries like Australia, Canada, Germany, UK and the US
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and conversion rates
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle client queries with professionalism and clarity
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple clients simultaneously
- Proficient in MS office and CRM tools
- Experience in immigration sales will be given preference.
