About us

AD-JEET is a signboard and advertising company in Siliguri, started in 1990. We make glow sign boards, LED letter boards, flex boards, wall paintings, shop branding and vehicle branding. We work for local shops and big brands like Airtel, Havells, Vivo, Emami and Star Cement, across North Bengal and Sikkim.

About this job

This job has two parts:

- Sales: meet shop owners, dealers and company offices. Explain our work and bring new orders.
- Office: make quotations and bills, keep records in Excel and Tally, follow up on payments, and work with our workshop team.

Everyone in this job does a bit of both. If you are good at talking to customers, you will do more sales. If you are good with computers and paperwork, you will do more office work.

Your work

- Visit customers in Siliguri and nearby towns
- Explain our work, rates and designs




- Take orders and pass the details to our design and workshop team
- Make quotations, bills and simple reports
- Keep customer and order records in Excel or Google Sheets, and Tally
- Call customers to follow up on orders and payments

Who can apply

- Graduate in any subject
- 2 to 10 years of work experience
- Valuable Bengali and Hindi, and basic English
- Basic computer skills: Excel, email and WhatsApp. Tally is good to have
- Must have a two-wheeler and a driving licence
- Live in or near Siliguri (Jalpaiguri, Bagdogra, Matigara and nearby)

Salary and timing

- Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month
- Full-time, based in Siliguri
- Monday to Saturday
