Welcome customers and understand their requirements.

Guide customers in selecting tiles, marble, granite, and other surface products.

Explain product features, pricing, and available finishes.

Prepare quotations and follow up on inquiries to convert leads into sales.

Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery teams for order execution.

Maintain customer records and update sales reports.

Build relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and walk-in customers.

Ensure the showroom is well-organized and products are displayed professionally.

Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).

1–3 years of experience in retail, showroom, or building materials sales.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and billing/CRM software is an advantage.

Ability to work in a fast-paced showroom setting.
