Role Description The Sales Associate role at F&D; FUTURE is a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi.

The Sales

Associate will engage with customers in person, understand their needs, present product and service options, and provide clear, accurate information to support purchasing decisions. Daily responsibilities include managing inquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, and updating customer records in line with company procedures. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, handling after-sales support, and maintaining a neat and organized sales area.

Associate is also expected to meet sales targets, participate in promotional activities, and provide feedback on customer trends and market opportunities.

Qualifications

- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English; additional local language proficiency is an advantage.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications and CRM or sales tracking tools, with comfort working with data and reports.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple customer requests.
- Prior experience in retail, field sales, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory; passion for learning and growth is essential.
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and ethical conduct, with a customer-first mindset.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an added advantage.
