Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Travabay Holidays. In this position, the specialist will manage and grow a portfolio of customers, promote travel packages and services, and handle inquiries from prospective and existing clients.

Day-to-day tasks include identifying sales opportunities, presenting tailored travel solutions, following up on leads, and supporting customers throughout their booking journey. The role also involves creating and executing marketing campaigns, collaborating with internal teams to refine service offerings, tracking performance metrics,



and providing feedback to improve customer experience and sales processes.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with customers and team members.
- Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive, long-term client relationships.
- Sales skills to identify opportunities, present travel solutions, close deals, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Training and Sales Management skills to guide team members, support onboarding, and contribute to structured sales processes.
- Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or a related field is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote workplace, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, online communication platforms, and basic data analysis for sales and marketing reporting.
- Relevant education in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
