The Candidate is responsible for leading Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;) activities for domestic and export markets at Kia India, acting as the critical link between Sales, Plant/Manufacturing, and Materials functions. The role coordinates weekly demand-supply alignment with Sales, monitors material constraints, and drives production priority and plant scheduling decisions to ensure firm order and dispatch adherence. It owns the weekly rolling planning cycle and forecast analysis, drives balance-out resolution across stakeholders, coordinates day-to-day production planning with the plant to keep output aligned to the sales plan, and provides daily production and sales performance visibility to leadership.

Education Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering OR MBA / PGDM in Operations or Supply Chain Management (preferred).

Experience: 8~12 years of progressive experience in S&OP;, Demand Planning, or Production Planning within Automotive / Manufacturing

Designation: Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager (Depending on interview performance, previous expereinces and years of experience)
