Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist at Luvion is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Coimbatore Area. This role involves identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and presenting product offerings to prospective customers.

The specialist will support marketing campaigns, assist in developing promotional strategies, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.



Day-to-day activities include conducting market research, preparing sales proposals, delivering product training and demonstrations, and tracking performance metrics. The role also requires maintaining high standards of customer service and contributing to continuous improvement of sales processes.

Qualifications

- Solid Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, support clients, and build long-term relationships.
- Proven Sales abilities, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a target-driven environment.
- Experience in Training and Sales Management to guide team members, deliver product education, and support performance improvement.
- Knowledge of marketing principles, campaign support, and basic digital marketing tools is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working on-site in the Greater Coimbatore Area with the ability to travel locally for client meetings as needed.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in using CRM systems and basic data analysis to track sales and marketing effectiveness.
