Role Description This full time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist is based in Surat. The specialist will develop and execute sales and marketing plans to promote PCC’s electronic manufacturing services, identify new business opportunities, and manage existing client relationships. Daily activities include engaging with prospects, conducting product and capability presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, and following up to close sales.





The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate information, timely delivery, and high customer satisfaction, as well as maintaining CRM records and reporting on sales performance. The specialist will support marketing campaigns, participate in industry events as needed, and provide feedback to improve promotional materials and sales processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue growth, manage pipelines, and achieve targets.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to educate customers and team members on PCC’s services, capabilities, and processes.
- Relevant experience in B2B sales, preferably in electronics manufacturing or related industrial sectors.
- Ability to work on-site in Surat, manage multiple accounts, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, basic data analysis, and MS Office applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
