Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Jaipur. The specialist will identify and qualify new business opportunities, conduct product demonstrations, and convert leads into long-term customers for the company’s Tally, SAP Business One, and integration solutions.

Daily responsibilities include meeting with prospects and existing clients, understanding their business needs, proposing suitable software solutions, and following up to close sales. The role involves coordinating marketing campaigns, supporting promotional activities,



and collaborating with technical teams to ensure accurate product positioning. The specialist will also provide basic training and guidance to customers on product usage, maintain CRM records, and prepare regular sales and performance reports.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, build trust, and support existing clients effectively.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to generate leads, manage pipelines, negotiate deals, and achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to deliver product overviews, user onboarding, and basic functional training to client teams.
- Understanding of business software solutions (e.g., Tally, ERP, or similar platforms) and the ability to translate technical features into business value.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or marketing, preferably in IT or software solutions.
- Solid analytical and presentation skills, with proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple client engagements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
