Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Delhi, India. This position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing sales pipelines, and building strong relationships with healthcare providers, distributors, and other key customers. Day-to-day activities include conducting market research, developing and executing sales and marketing campaigns, preparing presentations, and supporting product demonstrations.

The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate product information, timely delivery,



and high-quality customer service. The specialist will also provide training and guidance to partners or clients on product features, and regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, address inquiries, and build long-term relationships.
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth, manage pipelines, and achieve targets.
- Experience in Training to educate customers or partners on product offerings and best practices.
- Knowledge of basic marketing principles, including campaign execution, lead generation, and market analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in sales or marketing within healthcare, medical devices, or related technical products is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Delhi, India, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
