Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Nagpur. The specialist will identify and engage prospective clients, present AgarkarMedia’s services, and manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing.

Daily responsibilities include developing and executing marketing campaigns, coordinating digital marketing initiatives, and collaborating with the development and design teams to create compelling proposals and presentations. The specialist will also prepare sales reports, track performance metrics, and participate in training activities to stay updated on industry trends and company technologies.

Contract

Probation Period: 3 months

Compensation: ₹15,000 per month + Commissions





Full-Time Contract: Based on performance in probationary period

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Communication and Customer Service skills for client interaction and relationship management.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales and Sales Management skills for lead generation, pipeline handling, and deal closure.
- Candidates should possess Training and coaching skills to educate clients and team members on products, services, and processes.
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and basic familiarity with web and mobile technologies is beneficial.
- Experience in B2B or technology services sales, especially in IT, is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site, manage time effectively, and use CRM or sales tracking tools.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
