Key Responsibilities Sales Target Achievement - Work towards assigned sales targets and business objectives for the allocated location. Market & Customer Engagement - Support sales activities and customer/market engagement within the assigned territory.

Execution - Develop understanding of the assigned market and execute sales activities in the target location.

Coordination & Reporting - Maintain required sales updates and coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders. Learning & Development - Complete the structured orientation, display exposure and plant training as part of the program.

- Demonstrate learning and role readiness during the evaluation period.

Eligibility

Criteria - 0–3 years of work experience.

- Candidate should be below 28 years of age.
- Sales experience / background; candidates may be considered from any industry provided the experience is in Sales.
- Base location should be the same as the target location.
- Smart, presentable and fluent in the relevant local language; average English communication skills are acceptable.
