Role Description The Sales and Marketing Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara. This role involves identifying and qualifying leads, presenting Digi BREAD’s services, and nurturing client relationships through regular meetings, calls, and follow-ups. The representative will collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to plan campaigns, prepare proposals, and support brand presentations.

Daily activities include maintaining CRM records, responding to client inquiries, providing post-sale support, and participating in training sessions to stay current on industry trends and agency offerings.



The role also requires attending events or client visits as needed to support business development and brand visibility.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Communication skills to engage clients, present solutions clearly, and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to manage client expectations, handle inquiries professionally, and provide ongoing support.
- Candidates should possess demonstrated Sales skills to generate leads, conduct sales meetings, negotiate, and close deals.
- Candidates should possess Training and Sales & Marketing skills to understand offerings, support marketing initiatives, and continuously improve sales techniques.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience in advertising, branding, or agency environments, along with familiarity with CRM tools and basic digital marketing concepts, is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Vadodara, manage multiple client engagements, and meet defined sales and performance targets.
