Founded by child author and youth podcaster Ridhhaan Jaiin, the company focuses on making publishing easy, transparent, and supportive for families, schools, and debut writers seeking global reach. RidhzWorld guides authors from manuscript to marketplace with services such as story development, editing, illustrations, design, printing, digital conversion, and distribution support.

The organization is especially dedicated to children’s literature and youth-led projects, including the “Once Upon In Our Minds” international story writing competition that has introduced thousands of young authors to global audiences. RidhzWorld also collaborates with schools, NGOs, festivals, and education-focused brands to design contests, workshops, and storytelling campaigns that highlight student talent and strengthen community engagement.

Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern will support outreach efforts to schools, families, and partner organizations in Pune and beyond. This part-time, hybrid role is based in Pune City, with a mix of on-site activities (such as meetings, events, and workshops) and some work-from-home tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with lead generation, following up with prospective clients, supporting sales presentations,



and maintaining accurate records of contacts and opportunities.

The intern will help manage social media campaigns, basic marketing content, and promotional activities for competitions, book launches, and workshops. Additional tasks may include coordinating customer queries, gathering feedback, supporting training sessions for partners, and contributing ideas to improve sales processes and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with diverse stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, provide support to authors and partners, and ensure a positive experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to assist in lead generation, outreach, follow-ups, and basic negotiation under guidance.
- Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management support skills to help organize workshops, track progress, and assist in managing sales activities.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include interest in publishing or education, basic social media and digital marketing familiarity, strong organization and time management, and the ability to work collaboratively in a youth-focused, creative environment.
- Current students or recent graduates in business, marketing, communications, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
