Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting outreach and growth activities for Brandmade.click.

This position is unpaid and focused on educational training. You will shadow experienced professionals, work on SaaS tool and receive structured feedback to help launch your career.

Day-to-day tasks include assisting with lead generation, following up with prospective and existing customers, and supporting online sales campaigns. The intern will help create and refine marketing messages,



prepare sales materials, and coordinate basic customer communication through email, chat, or social media. Additional responsibilities may include gathering market insights, tracking campaign performance, and collaborating with team members to improve customer journeys.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with prospects.
- Candidates should possess basic digital literacy, including familiarity with online collaboration tools and social media platforms.
- Enrollment in or completion of studies in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Interest in e-commerce, branding, and startup environments is highly desirable.
