The Marketing Associate will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities among brick-kiln owners, clay/soil mine operators, landowners, contractors and related construction-material businesses requiring regulatory and environmental consultancy services.

The primary focus will be on generating leads and clients for:

- Mining Plan preparation
- Mining Plan modification/revision
- Environmental Clearance (EC)
- Environmental Management Plan (EMP)
- Consent to Establish (CTE)
- Consent to Operate (CTO)
- Environmental compliance
- Mining-related statutory documentation
- Soil/clay mining regulatory assistance
- Renewal and amendment-related consultancy

1. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Brick Kiln Client Identification

- Prepare a database of operating brick kilns in assigned districts.
- Identify brick-kiln owners who require Mining Plan/EC and related approvals.
- Visit brick-kiln clusters and individual kiln units.
- Collect basic information regarding kiln location, production capacity, land/lease status and existing approvals.
- Identify existing and prospective clients through field surveys and referrals.

B. Lead Generation & Business Development
- Generate qualified leads from brick-kiln owners and operators.
- Contact owners through telephone, WhatsApp and field visits.
- Explain the company's consultancy services in a explicit and professional manner.
- Arrange meetings between prospective clients and technical consultants.
- Follow up with prospects until conversion.




- Maintain a systematic lead and client database.

C. Mining Plan Marketing

Promote consultancy services for

- Preparation of Mining Plan
- Modification/revision of Mining Plan
- Mine/soil extraction documentation
- Production and reserve assessment support
- Mine-related maps and plans
- Statutory documentation
- Coordination with authorized technical professionals where required

The Marketing Associate should not independently provide technical/legal advice unless authorized by the company's technical team. D. Environmental Clearance Marketing

Generate business for

- Environmental Clearance (EC)
- EC amendment/transfer-related assistance
- Environmental Management Plan
- Environmental compliance documentation
- CTE/CTO assistance
- Environmental monitoring coordination
- Other applicable environmental permissions

All technical recommendations and regulatory interpretations will be handled by the company's qualified technical team.
