We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our financial services team. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, explaining available financial products and services, generating leads, and assisting customers throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

● Contact potential and existing customers through calls and other communication channels.

● Understand customer financial requirements and provide information about relevant financial products/services.

● Generate and follow up on sales leads.

● Explain product features, eligibility criteria, documentation, and applicable charges clearly.

● Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.

● Achieve assigned monthly sales and performance targets.

● Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

● Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and customer support.

Pay: ₹15,670.00 - ₹19,890.00 per month
