nPosition Safety Officer Location TICI – Rajpura Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Safety Officer with solid exposure to safety management in hazardous manufacturing environments. The candidate should have hands-on experience in hazardous operations, including Paint Shop, Phosphating, and Weld Shop.

nQualifications

- Educational Qualification Degree in Engineering/Technology.
n
- Diploma or Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Safety.
n
- Candidates who have completed the Regional Labour Institute (RLI) Safety Diploma will be given first preference.
n

nAbout the Role - Experience

n

n

n

n
- Experience 6–8 years of relevant experience in safety functions.
n
- Prior experience in hazardous factories/manufacturing environments is mandatory.
n
- Experience handling safety requirements related to Paint Shop, Phosphating, Weld Shop, and other hazardous operations will be preferred.
n

n

nResponsibilities

- Ensure compliance with statutory safety requirements and applicable regulations.
n
- Identify workplace hazards and implement appropriate risk-control measures.
n
- Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
n




- Monitor safety practices across hazardous operations.
n
- Conduct safety training, awareness programs, and toolbox talks for employees.
n
- Investigate accidents/incidents and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
n
- Ensure implementation of safety procedures, standards, and emergency preparedness.
n
- Coordinate with various departments to maintain a safe working environment.
