? We’re Hiring: SaaS Sales Manager at Sampley

Sampley is building a connected B2B commerce ecosystem for businesses, sellers, brands, and distributors.

We’re looking for an experienced SaaS Sales Manager who can identify opportunities within the SME market, connect with business owners and CXOs, demonstrate our solutions, and convert opportunities into long-term customers.

What you’ll do:

- Identify and generate SaaS/software sales opportunities in the SME sector
- Connect with founders, business owners, CXOs, and key decision-makers
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, calls, email, networking, referrals, partnerships, and inbound enquiries
- Conduct discovery calls and understand customer business challenges
- Deliver product demos and solution presentations
- Manage proposals, negotiations, objections, and closures
- Own the complete sales cycle: Prospecting → Discovery → Demo → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure
- Maintain and manage a structured sales pipeline
- Work closely with product and technology teams on customer requirements and market feedback




- Build long-term customer relationships and identify upselling opportunities

What we’re looking for:

✓ 3+ years of SaaS, software, technology, or B2B solution sales experience

✓ Experience selling to SMEs, founders, business owners, or CXOs

✓ Strong lead-generation and prospecting capabilities

✓ Excellent product demonstration and presentation skills

✓ Experience managing the complete B2B sales cycle

✓ Strong negotiation, follow-up, and closing skills

✓ Self-driven and comfortable working independently

Experience selling B2B SaaS, eCommerce, ERP, inventory, CRM, accounting, marketplace, procurement, or business-management software will be an advantage.

We’re looking for a consultative salesperson — not just a lead generator. Someone who can understand how a business operates, identify its challenges, demonstrate the right solution, and take the opportunity all the way to closure.
