and extensions that survive product version upgrades, with disciplined API and integration design Commitment to clean, tested, production-grade systems — including when the author of the code is an agent Preferred Qualifications Python and Odoo module development experience; Postgre SQL fluency Experience modernizing or migrating legacy tool deployments across major versions Background in Saa S transformation, scale-up, or PE-backed environments Experience with remote or globally distributed teams; comfort in high-ambiguity, high-ownership contexts You are not configuring tools.
