- 4 to 6 years of hands-on RPA development experience.

- Strong experience with Automation Anywhere / Automation 360.

- Hands-on experience with Bot Creator and Control Room.

- Experience developing attended and/or unattended bots.

- Strong understanding of variables, loops, conditions, exception handling, and reusable components.

- Experience with automation of Web, Windows, Excel, Outlook, PDF, and database-based processes.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel, including data manipulation and automation.

- Experience working with SQL databases and writing basic SQL queries.

- Understanding of REST APIs / API-based integrations is preferred.

- Knowledge of JSON, XML, CSV and other data formats.

- Good troubleshooting and debugging skills.

- Basic programming/scripting knowledge in Python, JavaScript, VBScript, or similar languages is an advantage.
