HIRING – ROBOTICS TELE-OPERATOR / REMOTE ROBOT OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

Salary: ₹23,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Qualification

- Graduate candidates – Non-Engineering
- BCA / BCS / B.Sc. Computer Science / B.Sc. IT / Computer Applications
- Basic Coding / Programming knowledge preferred
- Good computer and software operating skills
- Candidates with a technical/computer background will be preferred

Job Responsibilities
- Remotely operate and monitor robots using specialized software.
- Control and guide robots through computer-based systems.
- Monitor robot operations, alerts and system status.
- Identify basic operational issues and report/escalate them.
- Follow SOPs and operational safety procedures.
- Maintain basic operation records and reports.
- Coordinate with the technical and operations team when required.

Training Provided No prior robotics experience is mandatory.

Training will be provided on:

- Robotics Software
- Remote Robot Operations




- Control Systems
- Monitoring and Operating Procedures

Work Requirements
- 8–9 hours daily standard working duration.
- Operations may be required 24×7 based on business requirements.
- Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Opportunity Initial requirement: 100+ Robot Operators.

The requirement may increase significantly as operations expand, providing opportunities for long-term career growth in Robotics and Technology Operations.

Salary

₹23,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Salary will be based on qualification, interview performance, technical skills and experience.
