Position: Retail Team Leader Company: The Organic World Experience: 2+ Years in Retail Operations Location: Bangalore Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise store staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Achieve sales targets and drive store performance. Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.

Monitor inventory, stock availability, and merchandise display. Train, guide, and motivate team members to improve productivity. Handle customer queries, complaints, and store escalations. Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising, and compliance standards.

Coordinate with Store Manager for operational improvements and business growth. Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in retail, supermarket, grocery, or FMCG stores. Solid leadership and team management skills.

Good communication and customer-handling abilities. Knowledge of sales, inventory management, and store operations. Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Preferred:Experience in supermarket, grocery retail, or organized retail chains.
