Role Description The Retail Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for leading daily store operations and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role oversees sales performance, staff scheduling, visual merchandising, and adherence to brand standards.

The Store

Manager monitors inventory, implements loss prevention measures, and maintains accurate reporting of sales and stock levels. Daily responsibilities include coaching and motivating the store team, resolving customer concerns,



and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment. The role also involves collaborating with regional leadership on promotional activities, meeting sales targets, and supporting training and onboarding of current team members.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service.
- Effective Communication abilities for interacting with customers, leading teams, and coordinating with management.
- Proficiency in Store Management, including sales supervision, staff coordination, and operational oversight.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard inventory and minimize shrinkage.
- Previous experience in retail or fashion jewellery is preferred, with exposure to high-footfall stores.
- Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams, with a hands-on approach to coaching and performance management.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with comfort using POS systems and basic MS Office tools.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related field is an advantage.
