About the Role:

We are looking for a Retention Manager who can take ownership of existing client relationships and ensure solid engagement, service experience and renewals.

The role involves working closely with clients, internal operations, claims and insurance teams to understand client requirements, resolve concerns and identify opportunities to strengthen and retain the relationship.

We are open to candidates from insurance broking, health insurance, client servicing, renewals and end-to-end claims management who are interested in moving into a client retention-focused role.

Key Responsibilities:





- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing corporate clients.
- Drive client retention and renewal activities by maintaining regular engagement with clients.
- Understand client concerns around policies, claims, servicing and overall insurance experience and coordinate internally for resolution.
- Work closely with Claims, Operations, Underwriting and other internal teams to resolve escalations and improve client experience.
- Track pending issues, service concerns and renewal requirements and ensure timely closure.
- Identify potential risks to client retention and proactively address them.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable insurance/servicing solutions in coordination with relevant teams.
- Maintain regular client communication and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Analyse recurring service/claims issues and work with internal teams to improve processes.
- Support renewal discussions, client reviews and retention initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, escalations, renewals and action points.
