nWe're looking for a Retail Executive who is passionate about retail, customer experience, operations, and excellent food. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking ownership and ensuring that every customer has an exceptional shopping experience.

nWhat You'll Do

- Manage day-to-day retail store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store.

- Deliver outstanding customer service and assist customers with product recommendations and queries.
n
- Maintain shelf standards, merchandising, stock rotation, and product presentation.
n
- Monitor inventory levels,



coordinate replenishment, and minimize stock discrepancies.
n
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and operational excellence across the store.
n
- Track sales, inventory movement, and key retail performance metrics.

- Assist in executing promotions, launches, and in-store activations.

nWhat We're Looking For

n
- 1–4 years of experience in retail operations, grocery, FMCG, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.
n
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
n
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
n
- Interest in food, wellness, clean ingredients, and conscious brands is a strong advantage.
