Role & responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Experience

- Warmly greet customers, understand their specific sleep and home comfort requirements, and offer personalized product recommendations.
- Conduct interactive product demonstrations (e.g., mattress firmness testing, ergonomic features) to communicate value and convert walk-ins into sales.
- Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly individual and store sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Handle customer objections, address concerns with empathy, and negotiate effectively to close sales.

Store Operations

- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system.
- Manage product exchanges, returns, or warranty claims in adherence to company guidelines.
- Assist in day-to-day inventory management, stock counts, visual merchandising, and keeping the display area clean and presentable.

Customer Support & Relationship Building





- Respond promptly to customer inquiries in-store or via phone regarding order status, delivery timelines, or product care.
- Resolve customer feedback or complaints constructively to build long-term brand loyalty.

Preferred candidate profile Candidate Profile & Key Skills

- Education: Graduation in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, B.Arts, BMS, Fashion/Interior Design, Retail, or equivalent).
- Experience: 0 to 3 years in retail sales, direct sales, hospitality, or customer-facing roles (Freshers are welcome).
- Languages: Good command over Englconversational Hindi, and fluency in the local language.
- Key Skills: High empathy, consultative selling, robust communication, objection handling, active listening, and a target-driven mindset.
