Experience: 5–10 years in retail store projects or commercial interior fit-outs

nRole overview

nManage new store openings, renovations and relocations from planning through handover. Own the project schedule, budget, vendors and quality of execution.

nKey responsibilities

- Prepare and review BOQs, project budgets, timelines and execution plans.
n
- Obtain quotations, compare costs, negotiate with vendors and appoint turnkey contractors.
n
- Coordinate drawings, civil work, interiors, electrical, HVAC, signage and other site requirements.
n
- Conduct site visits and track progress, workmanship and safety.
n
- Coordinate with mall teams, landlords, contractors and internal departments to resolve delays.
n
- Verify vendor bills, manage approved changes and control project costs.
n
- Close snag lists and hand over completed stores to the Retail Operations team.
n

nPreferred profile

nExperience delivering multiple retail or commercial fit-out projects, with robust knowledge of BOQs, vendor management, site execution and cost control.
