Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Outlet Manager / Senior Salesman to manage day-to-day showroom sales and operations. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, handling customers, managing the sales team, maintaining product displays and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of the sweets retail showroom.
- Handle customers professionally and ensure a high-quality shopping experience.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Supervise and guide sales staff and allocate daily responsibilities.
- Ensure proper product display, freshness,



cleanliness and presentation.
- Monitor stock levels, expiry, wastage and product movement.
- Handle billing, cash collection and daily sales reconciliation.
- Coordinate with the factory/store team for timely replenishment of products.
- Handle customer queries, complaints and feedback professionally.
- Maintain showroom hygiene, discipline and grooming standards.
- Prepare and submit daily sales and operational reports to management.
- Support festival, bulk-order and special-event sales.

Valuable communication skills in English and/or Bengali will be an added advantage. Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
