– Retail Staff (1+ Year Experience) | The Organic World Position: Retail Staff Location: The Organic World Stores Experience: 1+ Year in Retail / Supermarket / Grocery Stores Key Responsibilities:Assist customers and provide excellent customer service. Handle billing, cash, and POS transactions accurately. Ensure proper shelf replenishment and product merchandising.
Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene standards. Support inventory management and stock counting activities. Achieve daily operational and customer satisfaction targets. Requirements:Minimum 1 year of retail, supermarket, or grocery store experience.
Good communication and customer handling skills. Basic knowledge of billing and store operations. Ability to work in shifts and weekends. Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
