We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executives to join our team. ### Responsibilities Greet and assist customers professionally.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising.

Handle billing and payment processes.

Manage stock display and inventory organization.

Build customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.

Support promotional activities and store events.

Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.



### Requirements Minimum 12th Pass.

Experience in retail sales preferred.

Good communication and customer handling skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Basic knowledge of mobile apps and billing systems.
