Key ResponsibilitiesHandle cash, UPI, card and other payments. Prepare bills and invoices correctly. Check and maintain daily cash collection. Handle returns, exchanges and payment-related queries. Maintain proper records of sales and cash. Match cash/UPI/card collections with the system at the end of the day. Coordinate with the sales team for billing and customer support. Ensure the billing counter is clean and organised. Follow company rules and maintain accuracy in all transactions.
Required
SkillsBasic computer knowledge. Positive communication and customer-handling skills. Basic knowledge of billing software/ERP. Honest, responsible and accurate. Ability to work during busy hours and wedding seasons.
