- Welcome every guest warmly and create a positive first impression.

- Understand guest requirements and recommend products, flavours and combinations based on their preferences.

- Explain Donzel’s products, offers and ongoing promotions accurately.

- Take orders correctly and ensure they are communicated clearly to the relevant team.

- Serve products with proper presentation, hygiene and speed.

- Ensure tables, counters and guest areas are clean and well-maintained.

- Proactively check on guests and address their requirements.

- Handle basic customer queries and complaints with patience and professionalism; escalate issues when required.

- Encourage upselling and cross-selling without making the interaction feel forced.

- Maintain knowledge of the menu, ingredients,



allergens and product details as prescribed.

- Support billing and payment processes when required.

- Follow all Donzel hygiene, grooming, food-safety and service SOPs.

- Maintain a professional, positive and respectful attitude with guests and team members.

- Observe guest feedback and preferences and communicate helpful insights to the outlet manager.

- Support the team during rush hours and wherever operationally required.

- Maintain the overall ambience and ensure guests feel comfortable and valued.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
