Resident Property Manager (RPM)

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 5–8 years | Employment Type: Full time

We are looking for an experienced Resident Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a senior-living property and ensure an excellent resident experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage overall property operations and resident services.

· Act as the primary point of contact for residents and their families.

· Coordinate Housekeeping, F&B;, Maintenance, Security, Nursing, Activities, and other teams.

· Ensure high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, safety, and service.

· Handle resident concerns and ensure timely resolution.

· Manage vendors, maintenance, facility requirements, and operational activities.

· Monitor staff performance, discipline, attendance, and service delivery.





· Support resident events, activities, and community engagement.

· Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and company policies.

Experience

· 5–8 years of experience in Senior Living, Hospitality, Hotel Operations, Property Management, or Residential Operations.

· Experience working with senior citizens is strongly preferred.

· Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and resident relationship-management skills.

· Customer-service oriented with a warm, patient, and empathetic approach.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
