Role Description The Reservations Executive role is a full-time, in office position based at The Fern Residency, Gandhinagar.

The Reservations

Executive will manage room reservations, respond to booking inquiries, and ensure accurate entry of booking details into the reservation system. Daily responsibilities include handling phone and online inquiries, coordinating with front office and sales teams on room availability and special requests, and optimizing occupancy through effective upselling of rooms and packages.



The role also involves maintaining reservation records, assisting guests with modifications or cancellations, and providing prompt, courteous service that supports overall guest satisfaction and brand standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively and professionally with guests and colleagues.
- Candidates should possess Reservations and Customer Satisfaction skills to manage bookings accurately and ensure a positive guest experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to upsell rooms, packages, and services, contributing to revenue generation.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with hotel reservation or property management systems are highly beneficial.
- Prior experience in hospitality, front office, or reservations is preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, strong attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are important.
- A diploma or degree in hospitality management or a related field is an advantage.
